·       January 2014 – Jan 2019, Executive Board Member of the Luso-American Development Foundation (FLAD) ·       October 2014 – Feb 1, 2019, Program Director of the Study in Portugal Network (SiPN) Designed, developed and directed this project for the Luso-American Development Foundation to increase the visibility of Portuguese institutions of higher education within the North American study abroad market. Designed initially as a 4-university consortium based in Lisbon that welcomes students from North America for summer or academic-year direct-enrollment, the program eventually added a summer program at the Univ. of the Azores, summer internships for academic credit, a visiting family program, and dozens of short-term faculty-led programs for colleges and universities from all over the USA. Oversaw all aspects of the program and a staff of 3 dedicated to study abroad. Increased SiPN enrollment from 28 in 2015 to 338 in 2018, an 1100% increase in its first 3 years.
