studied
journalism
at
the
University
of
Coimbra,
where
he
earned
his
degree.He
worked
as
a
journalist
for
Público
newspaper, Sábado
magazine,
Time
Out
magazine
(editor
in
chief),
Expresso,
among
others.As
editor
in
chief
for Time
Out
magazine,
he
was
directly
responsible
for
the
Eating
and
Drinking
sections.
In
the
same
period
he
directed
and
coordinated
the
annual
Time
Out
guides
of
the
best
restaurants
in
Lisbon
and
launched
the
first
guides
of
its
kind
in
Porto
and
the
Azores. He
is
the
author
of
the
blogue
O
Homem
que
Comia
Tudo,
which
started
in
2012.
There
he
published
food
reports
with
emphasis
on
the
culinary
world. In
2006,
he
published
the
book
“Voltar
a
ser
Médico”
(Fundação
Calouste
Gulbenkian
edition).
Years
later,
he
would
return
to
collaborate
with
Gulbenkian
as
the
author
of
the
book
“Vencer
aqui
Fora”. He
made

debut
in

with
the
