Inês's

interests

aging
at
work,
diversity
and
inclusion
in
the
workplace,
retirement,
science
communication,
and
public
involvement
in
science.
She
has
published
her
work
in
reputable
journals
such
as
Current
Psychology,
Work,

and
Retirement,

Psychology,
