Work and Organizational Psychology BSc (University of Coimbra, 2003), Work Sociology MSc (ISCTE-IUL, 2007), Sociology Phd (ISCTE-IUL, 2018). Part of ISCTE`s Sociology Center (CIES-IUL) research team since 2006, and had the chance to participate in different research projects, covering topics such as the portuguese industrial relations system evolution; organizational change practices, HR innovation and flexible work arrangements social impact in portuguese companies; and/or identification and identity changes in different professional communities and organizational settings. Deeply interested in researching the social and individual effects of contemporary organizational development and HR management practices, and also due to this, been working in different professional and organizational settings, ranging from multinational, mature environments, to early start-up contexts, as management consultant (Deloitte, GMS Consulting, VP Consulting, MyChange, Procensus), or as a practitioner (Critical Software, IT Grow, Uniplaces).
