Patrícia Calca, an integrated researcher at CIES, has been elected to the board of the Standing Group on Parliaments of the ECPR (European Consortium for Political Research), the main European academic association with the mission of promoting political science.

The aim of the Standing Group on Parliaments, one of the largest in the ECPR, is to promote comparative research and theory-building on the institutionalization, capacity, functioning and performance of legislatures.
