The Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte) is looking to strengthen its science management team. The duties to be performed are related to supporting the Center's R&D activities, including managing data and scientific and administrative information platforms, assisting and welcoming research team members and visitors, and monitoring R&D projects and dissemination activities.

Required profile:

• High sense of responsibility, institutional commitment, and motivation to work in a scientific and academic context;
• Planning and organizational skills for managing simultaneous processes and meeting demanding deadlines;
• Excellent analytical skills and rigor in data management and validation;
• Communication and teamwork skills.

Interested candidates must:

• Hold a bachelor's degree;
• Have advanced knowledge of Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Sharepoint);
• Have a good command of English.

The following will be valued:

• Higher education in Social Sciences;
• Previous professional experience in a scientific and/or academic context;
• Knowledge of scientific systems, programs, and indicators of science, technology, and innovation.
• Knowledge of image editing software and graphic design
