PhD Candidate in Modern and Contemporary History at Iscte – University Institute of Lisbon, with research funded by the Foundation for Science and Technology (FCT) through the Diplomatic Institute of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the CIES - Iscte. She was a visiting researcher at The Open University, United Kingdom (2025). She holds a Master’s degree in Modern and Contemporary History from Iscte – IUL (2022) and a Bachelor’s degree in History from the Federal University of the State of Rio de Janeiro (UNIRIO) (2019). She is an integrated researcher in the project CINCRA – International Collaborations: Criminality and Police Cooperation in the Ibero-Atlantic, c. 1870–1940, funded by the FCT. Her research experience and interests include Modern and Contemporary History, Transnational History, White-Collar Crime, and International Cooperation in combating transnational crime in Europe during the Interwar Period.
