Communication

Journalism

the
Federal
University
of
Minas
Gerais
(UFMG,
Brazil),
a
masters
in
Sociology
(University
of
Porto,
Portugal)
and
I
am
a
PhD
candidate
in
Urban
Studies
(Nova
University
of
Lisbon
+
ISCTE-IUL).
I
work
as
a
PhD
scholar
(funded
by
the
FCT,
the
Portuguese
Foundation
for
Science
and
Technology,
grant
2022.09498.BD)
at
the
Centre
for
Research
and
Studies
in
Sociology
(CIES)
of
ISCTE
–
Instituto
Universitário
de
Lisboa
(Portugal).
I
have
attended

the
Master's/PhD

short-term

Social
Anthropology
at
the
University
of
São
Paulo,
specialising
in
urban
anthropology
and
urban
ethnography.Over
the
past
five
years
my
scientific
research
has
focused
on
three
main
topics:

cities.
