Work and Organizational Psychology BSc (University of Coimbra, 2003), Work Sociology MSc (ISCTE-IUL, 2007), Sociology Phd (ISCTE-IUL, 2018). Had the chance to participate in different research projects, covering topics such as the portuguese industrial relations system evolution; organizational change practices, innovation, growth and flexible work arrangements social impacts; and/or identification and identity changes in different professional communities and organizational settings. Deeply interested in researching the social and individual effects of contemporary organizational development, labour relations management practices, and also due to this, been working in different professional and organizational settings, ranging from multinational, mature environments, to early start-up contexts, as management consultant (Deloitte, GMS Consulting, VP Consulting, MyChange, Brighten Consulting), or as a practitioner (Critical Software, IT Grow, Uniplaces, Talkdesk, Exclaimer).
