Education and Science

Degree in Sociology (2006) and Master's in Education and Society (2013), both from ISCTE-IUL. In addition to a diverse profesional experience, participation in 12 research projects over the last 13 years at CIES-Iscte, ITQB/UNL and IN+/IST stands out. Main areas of research: education, social inequalities in education, school achievement, descendants of immigrants and domestic and gender-based violence. Experience in collecting, processing and analysing quantitative and qualitative data, as well as evaluating programmes/measures in the fields of education and domestic violence.
