In the context of the opening of the Individual Call to Scientific Employment Stimulus - 7th Edition for the hiring of researchers (PhD holders), we hereby inform that those interested in applying to the Fundação para a Ciência e a Tecnologia (FCT), with the Centre for Research and Studies in Sociology (CIES-Iscte) as host institution must submit an application to the Centre containing the following elements:

•  Research contract level to which the candidate is applying (Junior or Assistant)
•  Curriculum vitae in English.
•  Scientific and curricular background, written in English, highlighting the main activities and results obtained in the last 5 years or less in the case of junior researchers.
•  Career development plan, written in English, framing this application and highlighting its impact on career objectives and the scientific goals to be achieved.
•  Title of the research plan.
•  Research plan, written in English, with the definition and contextualization of the scientific objectives and questions, activities to be developed, expected results and the identification of the mission and scientific challenge to be framed in the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals for 2030.

The selected candidates can submit an application to FCT with CIES-Iscte as host institution.
